Principal's Message

Dear Jefferson Community,

As I begin my second year as Principal of Jefferson Elementary, I want to express my gratitude for the warm welcome and meaningful partnerships that have made this community so special. It continues to be an honor to serve alongside such a dedicated team of educators, staff, students, and families who are deeply committed to the success and well-being of every child.

At Jefferson, we remain focused on the academic, social, and emotional growth of each student. Our CARES values—Come Ready, Always Accountable, Respect Others, Encourage Everyone, Stay Safe—will guide our work this year as we introduce our PBIS framework and deepen our efforts to create a supportive, inclusive school environment. We are also placing a renewed emphasis on the importance of attendance, knowing that every day counts in a child’s learning journey.

Our core curriculum is enriched through differentiated instruction, hands-on learning, assemblies, special events, and guest speakers. We continue to prioritize student engagement, leadership, and belonging through programs that nurture the unique strengths of each learner. With strong collaboration between staff, families, and the community, Jefferson remains a place where all children are known, supported, and challenged to thrive.

To our new families—welcome! We are glad you are here and look forward to getting to know you. Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions or just to introduce yourselves at an upcoming event.

I look forward to another incredible year of learning, growth, and connection at Jefferson Elementary.

With appreciation,

Brian Stanley
